Increasing Awareness of Common Mental Health Conditions
This event aims to enhance understanding of prevalent mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and other common conditions. It explores the prevalence of mental health conditions, as well as how to spot the symptoms of common mental health conditions, available support, and offers some options for interaction and engagement. This session fosters awareness, reduces stigma, and promotes early intervention strategies to create a more supportive environment (with direct links to working environments) for mental wellbeing.
